Society today leaves many feeling lost, isolated and unheard. This workshop is based on a South Korean tradition of coming together as a community and complaining. The goal is not to fix anything, but to build connection and feel heard. A very simple concept where we sit together and take it in turns to complain about small, silly things that annoy or confuse us. This first session is intended to be light and playful, with no deep trauma being discussed.
Suggested topics:
- Something your body or brain does that seems illogical or frustrating
- Something in society that causes you mild annoyance
- A tiny injustice that keeps coming back to you
1-2 minutes per person per round, length of the session depends on the number of attendees. Multiple sessions possible.
Hosted in the Church at Noden.
Part of a larger initiative by The Human Entity Project working to bring humanity to the next stage in our evolution.
Note: you must be a Noden member to attend
