This clinic isn't just for beginners. It's for everyone in the community, so pass along to anyone that wants to get into cycling or is a current cyclist. This isn't a clinic just for beginner cyclists, this will be a clinic for anyone who enjoys cycling. There will be experts on hand to discuss bike maintenance such as how to change a tire, wax or lube a chain, wash your bike, and other minor maintenance things. We will also have an appearance from a local attorney and bike enthusiast to cover bike laws, responsibilities, insurance and safety. I will also be discussing nutrition, hydration, and other coaching aspects of cycling. This is kid friendly, so families and kids will all be invited.
