- "Gymnasium" (it's a basketball court, IDK if it's full size or not, but it's probably more floor space than the dojo)
- changerooms, gender washrooms, ungendered solo washroom, water fountain in gym

- This time includes setup and teardown time. So actual playtime will be whatever we can get done in between those two sessions. I'm going to time setup and assume longer for teardown because it will include a final dart sweep. I'll let you all know what the "actual" end time is after setup is done.
- **We still need more cover.** I'll start looking for more options, and I can start making PVC stands over the next month or so. Donations or lent cover would be greatly appreciated.
- **I'd like to run this event at 150fps.** Just ordered a chronograph.
- I will buy 1000 Worker short darts to get us started. Past that I just have the long darts and Rival balls that I have laying around. Donations would be appreciated, but if this turns out being more than like 6 people, we'll set the donations aside for later sorting/checking for safety.
- The gym is $70/hour, which means I will be fronting up to $280. I have the money to do that, but being "left holding the bag" would be rough. **I will take names/contact info at the front and charge $20 deposit; if we end up with 11 or fewer people, I'll get in touch about additional fees.** I'll eat the additional expenses if we hit at least 11 people (including myself). If you're willing to donate equipment directly, let me know ahead of time and I'd be happy to adjust or even waive any additional fee.
