From nose to tail, every aspect of these magnificent creatures will be honored, utilising their milk, cream, cheese, and beef for this epic event.
We have carefully curated cocktail and wine pairings from the region to complement each dish prepared by Melissa'
Since 1890, Philip's family have spent their lives dedicated to caring for their animals with ethical practices, and ensuring their dairy product is of the finest quality. That means the Dairy Farmers in their family have been learning and improving their skills for over a century, resulting in the highest quality milk for their exceptional dairy product, made right here in WA.
All their animals are raised with love and care on the family farm. Nurtured from birth and then hand reared in their calf nursery, using fresh milk from our cows twice a day.
Melissa was lucky enough to recently aquire one of these steer and staying true to her ethos has paid respect to the animal by utilsing every part, she has set aside some of the best cuts for the evening.
This is a cellar event not to be missed – a true celebration of local produce, craftsmanship, and the spirit of community.
