This class will be a spooky themed Yoga Nidra and Reiki with hosts Melissa Pierce and Sydnee Wiland at Blue Sky on Sunday October 13th 6-7:30p. To begin, Melissa will guide you through a calming meditation dedicated to creating a warm and cozy vibe for the ultimate relaxation. Meanwhile, Sydnee, an intuitive channeler, will provide healing energy to each individual throughout the duration of the session. Each person will experience hands on Reiki during this deep meditation that is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. Bring what helps to make you super comfy, wearing layers is encouraged. This class is suitable for all participants. $40 per person. Limited spots available!
