Join us in the dark where we'll show you how to paint using NEON colours under UV light - Tickets include a complimentary drink from the barOur UV painting workshop is a perfect fit for Halloween and we're teaming up with GRUB who are providing a complmentary drink with each ticket and you'll get to explore spooky topics by painting with Neon colours under UV lighting under the guidance of our Teacher Ula!
Choose from a beer or specially made cocktail to drink as you paint.
We'll set up our UV lights setting up a physcadelic space in their cellar bar and teach you how to paint with NEON colours under our UV lights.
The theme will be of course Halloween and we'll provide a ton of wide ranging topical references however you're also welcome to design something of your own. If you're familiar with Floating Art already, you'll know that our workshops don't result in every particpant painting the same painting in the same way. That's just boring and we like you to have complete freedom over what you do.
This workshop is located in GRUB's main hall where there'll be a bar and street food available.
Knowledge required
• Beginner friendly - all levels welcome.
Materials (all provided)
• UV Paint, Canvas board
What you'll get:
• All of the equipment and materials needed for your class.
• Protective equipment such as aprons.
What to bring
• Comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little paint on.
• A carrying bag for take your artworks home.
Througout the session we might take photographs and towards the end we'll ask you to pose with your work, this is for social media use.
This workshop is suitable for people aged 18 and above
