We’re looking forward to an afternoon full of fun, food, fellowship, and plenty of candy! 🎃
🚗 Want to have a trunk?
This year, everyone who would like to decorate a trunk and participate will need to sign up ahead of time.

Trunk or Treat @ Henderson Baptist Church
October 31st from 3-6 pm
We will be meeting at Maverik, 4996 RT - 125 Rogersville Mo 65742 at (69/125) at 1:30 pm. Hard leave at 2 pm. This will give you enough time to set up your trunk or treat theme. Keep everything kid friendly. There are rules and they will be followed as this is church and kid friendly.
🎃 TRUNK-OR-TREAT RULES
Please read and agree to the following:
Family-friendly decorations only.
Please keep all decorations, costumes, music, games, and activities appropriate for children and families.
No scary, gory, demonic, occult, or violent decorations.
Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that reflects the heart and values of our church.
No weapons or realistic weapon displays.
Toy guns, knives, or similar items should not be included in trunk displays.
No open flames, fireworks, or flammable decorations.
Vehicles must remain turned off.
Once vehicles are parked and the event begins, vehicles may not be moved until the event coordinator gives permission.
Please arrive early enough to be completely set up before the event begins.
Please use individually wrapped, commercially packaged candy.
Homemade food should not be distributed.
Keep walkways clear.
Decorations, cords, tables, chairs, and other items must remain within your designated space and may not create a tripping hazard.
Children must remain with a parent or responsible adult.
Please be respectful of other participants.
Keep music and activities at an appropriate volume and remain within your assigned area.
Clean up your area before leaving.
Please take all decorations, trash, and personal belongings with you.
Any decoration, costume, activity, or display that is considered inappropriate or unsafe may not be used.
