Plan to stay after class for a fun Halloween Costume party for the kiddos, too! Dress your kiddos in their Halloween Costume and let's trick or treat with our stroller buddies. Bring some goodies to pass out to your friends! Don't forget a bucket/basket so you can collect your treats.
Stroller Strides® is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
