There'll be some ghostly goings-on at the Institute this Halloween and we're busy planning some 'spooktakular' activities, kicking off with our free 'Halloween Special - Half Term Youth Cookery Pumpkin Workshop' (Age 11+).
You'll be carving pumpkins, then roasting the seeds and finishing off with pumpkin soup, using every bit of the pumpkin, so no food waste at all. Take your pumpkin goodies home and enjoy with the rest of your family for a night of fright.
