It was 25 years ago that the two brothers DJ Milosz and Le Chat-Man - back then under different names - together with like minded friends - decided to take matters into their own hands and started promoting the music they loved playing as DJs. After a few years of trying different locations in Bern and Solothurn, they found their dream venue - the Coupole in Biel/Bienne where they have been organising events ever since. From Drum'n'Bass through Darkpsy and Hitech to pounding Techno music their events evolved over the years as their music tastes changed.
One thing did not change, however: their passion for bass-driven hypnotic electronic music <3
In the meantime they also organised two psychedelic festivals in the Jura mountains - the legendary Forgotten Ritual in 2007 and the Aum Ritual in 2017. Rumors are that a third edition might happen somewhere around the year 2027, but for now they present their final event (for now) at the Coupole / now the time has come to put this project aside and focus on their own careers as musicians. 19 years after they invited Kindzadza to the first in a series of unforgettable psychedelic parties they prepared a very special line up combining veterans and newcomers from Switzerland and Europe.
For lovers of the bastard child of dark-psy and forest psy - which we like to call Dark Forest - the name Tengri (half of Atriohm before they split up) is synonymous with crème de la crème of the psychedelic experience. His music is at the same time tribal and cosmic - the perfect act as headliner for our return to this style of music. Tengri will open the evening with a downtempo/psy-chill set and Solarythm will follow directly after. Solarythm is young producer from France who cemented his place in the scene with every subsequent release, not just in the realm of dark forest but the deep hypnotic techno as well. Tengri will then present his dark forest set. To make the line-up complete, Cosinus - fresh from his bombastic set at Ozora - will grace his hometown with his USP debut - the energy levels will without a doubt rise to a maximum with his music. As always, USP co-founder Le Chat-Man will be on the line-up aswell, this time playing the outro set - constructing the last hours of the last USP party with old time classics from the dark-psy genre woven together with the new sound of the new generation of producers. As you can clearly see, it will be an unforgettable night from start to finish - USP style!
