Something spooky is lurking at Linklater Reserve this Saturday… and it's wearing running shoes! 👻
Our second-ever parkrun falls on Halloween, so we're inviting you to dig out your best costume and join us for a frightfully fun 5k. Witches, zombies, skeletons, pumpkins – walk it, jog it or run it, all creatures are welcome. Costumes are totally optional, but bonus points for creativity! 🦇
📍 Linklater Reserve
🕗 8:00am start (first-timers' briefing at 7:50am)
💸 Free – always
🔗 Register once at parkrun.co.nz and don't forget your barcode!
Please keep costumes run-friendly – nothing that blocks your view or trips you (or anyone else) up. 🕸️
Fancy helping out instead? Volunteer roles are open – the ghouls in hi-vis would love the company.
Treats for all
See you there… if you dare! 💀🏃♀️
