Halloween Pilates by the motion lab by Meg🖤🎃👻 Saturday 17th October 6:30pm-8:00pm £13 at the arts bar, limited spaces available!!
An evening of candlelit Pilates, snacks and all the Halloween fun🖤🎃
Costumes mandatory!! Go as extra or minimal as you’d like- however silliness is encouraged (extra points if you dress as mr bobinsky, the Lorax or cat in the hat if you catch my vibe😭) whatever you wear, just make sure you can move in it💘 bring a bestie or come alone and let’s have a ball x
the actual Pilates class will be a fun, open level class- suitable for beginners or newcomers. the perfect low impact, strengthening workout to a lush Halloween playlist (full of all the bangers I promise)
Guys this is maybe the most excited I’ve been about anything I’ve planned so far🤭 as someone who grew up as a Halloween girly, I can assure you this is gonna be so much fun! Also I’m away for actual Halloween so this is my excuse to elongate the celebrations ok🫡
