Richland photographer Scott Butner @Scott.Butner (aka the Halloween Picture Fairy) will once again set up in the library's Gallery to take fun, professional photos of people in their Halloween costumes!
For those kids who need a quieter and more sensory-friendly environment, please note that 10 - 11:30 am is by appointment only (link to register for that will be updated here when available).
Photos will be available on Scott's Facebook after the event so you can share with your family and friends. By participating, you are agreeing to allow Scott to post your photos on Facebook. Photos will be posted to this album within a few days of Halloween, and can be downloaded from there.
