Come out in your silly costumes, scary costumes, and fun costumes to meet a Borderlands Horse! Get your picture taken and get a kiss from a horse!One of the horses from Borderlands Horse Sanctuary will be at Tractor Supply Company in Sioux Falls (on Cliff Ave) from 11am to 2pm. He will be patiently waiting to see you dressed in your costumes and pose for a perfect photo op!
