Here are the Halloween Happenings:
Celebrate Halloween in Downtown Mocksville with our local downtown merchants. From sweet candy treats to thrilling costumes, this is the place to be on Halloween!
Halloween Spooktacular: Carnival of Chaos
Ready for a Carnival of Chaos? Make sure to visit the Brock Gym at 644 N Main Street for Davie County Recreation and Parks’ Halloween Spooktacular! Open from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m., $5 per person, cash or card. All ages welcome, parental guidance is advised.
Parking:
If you want to come downtown, we welcome you. Please park your vehicle downtown or in the parking lots on side streets. Once the roads are closed, no one (not even local residents) will be able to gain access. Our primary focus is to provide a safe place for kids and their families to enjoy Halloween.
Road Closures:
Please note that for the safety of the children and their families, sheriff’s deputies will be downtown at 5 p.m. to manage traffic. North Main Street will be closed from Gaither Street to Oak Street from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Side roads onto Main Street through this area will also be blocked off. MLK will be open.
