HALLOWEEN FANCY DRESS PARTY feat. NIGHTLAMPING. + EVEN MORE SO & NOTIONS
About this Event
Toales gets into the Halloween spirit on Saturday 31 October, with Nightlamping, Even More So and Notions providing the live soundtrack to a fancy dress party on Crowe Street.
Taking place in the new 50 capacity venue inside the bar, the party promises an intimate night of original music, safely sheltered from whatever the winter weather throws at Dundalk.
Dundalk’s Nightlamping bring an atmospheric shoegaze sound that fits the occasion. Their 2026 releases include “understand.” and “brainfile.”, while appearances at Toales, Dublin’s Grand Social and the Spirit Store’s Culture Night showcase have introduced them to growing audiences.
Joining them are Cavan four-piece Even More So, whose music combines dreamy shoegaze textures with driving alternative rock and personal songwriting. Formed in August 2025, they released debut single “Painkiller” earlier this year, with debut EP Play Pretend planned for late 2026.
Completing the bill are Dublin indie-rock newcomers Notions. Already with a London support appearance alongside Croithe under their belts, the band released “Telephone (Demo)” in May—a first introduction for anyone checking them out before Halloween.
Three original bands for just €5 makes this an affordable chance to discover emerging talent, with spot prizes and drinks promotions adding to the Halloween proceedings so a little effort with the costume could pay off.
Tickets are limited to just 50. Early booking is advised.
