Billings has an official spot for a costume party on Halloween! Also this is the spot for thr Zach top concert after Party.
Starting at 8:15pm a Halloween inspired line dance will be taught. Music will then start at 9pm for dancing. There will be prizes for the best costumes so get in the spirit and let’s dance! Music played is country for partner dances and then music for all the popular line dances! Let’s dance on Halloween Billings!
