HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST RAFFLE RULES:
*Your costume must consist of more than a mask or cat ears. To receive a raffle ticket you will have to put some effort into your costume. We can't wait to see what everyone comes dressed as!.
*Everyone who comes to Halloween Comikfest in costume will receive a raffle ticket to enter into our Halloween Costume Contest Raffle.
*The drawing for the raffle will be at 7 pm October 31st. You do not have to be present for the drawing to win. We'll personally call and announce the winners on Facebook.
