A: Chester's Halloween Carnival is back! On Friday, October 24th, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, downtown Chester will be transformed into a festive Halloween wonderland. Enjoy a fun-filled evening with a children’s costume parade, thrilling carnival games, and much more. 🎃
Q: Should adults wear costumes?
A: Of course!! Dressing up isn’t just for the kids—adults are encouraged to join in the fun by wearing their favorite Halloween costumes. 👩🎤👩🚀🥷

A: Absolutely! There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available for purchase downtown and in the cemetery area. Bring your appetite! 🍿
