The Windsor Halloween Carnival is back for the 5th year in a row, and we are making it our spookiest celebration yet! There will be all of your favorite Halloween activities like trick-or-treating, fun inflatables, and yummy food trucks. This year will also feature a Zombie Dash Fun Run and a special Howl-o-ween Yappy Hour! The Zombie Dash will kick off the Halloween Carnival at 11:30 a.m.,followed by trick-or-treating at 1:00 p.m.
