Dress-up is encouraged but not required. DJ entertainment provided. Costume & dessert contests will be held. Food available for purchase by 2428 Bayside Grill from 7pm-9pm.
Open to the public (permits obtained). Must be 21+ to participate. No outside food/drink permitted.
