Welcome to HEART OF TYLER'S HALLOWEEN BAR CRAWL - DOWNTOWN, TYLER event! Beginning at True Vine On The Square at 6pm for a spooktacular night of fun and drinks. The night will end at ETX Brewing for a raffle & prizes. ETX will be hosting a Costume Contest at 9PM.
