HALF ROX / HYROX Affiliate Event @ SAKZ FIT

Join us for our HYROX Afiliate event at SAKZ FIT. An approachable, beginner-friendly HALF ROX! This event will combine running and functional fitness stations using the same equipment and rules as on HYROX main events but half the distance and reps. It's a great way to ease up to a full HYROX. Challenge yourself, have fun, and connect with a supportive fitness community. We'll be hosting this event every Sunday morning except when hosting a DEKA Strong Event.
