Need help pushing yourself with farther distances of Half or Full marathons? Want to improve your speed in those events? Come join us.About this Event
Need help getting ready for one of Utah's great half or full marathons? Join others just like you, and let one of our fantastic SLRC coaches liven up your training routine with fun, but just right challenging run workouts. Each workout will last 60-75 minutes. This training group will help keep you motivated, you'll experience new kinds of run workouts, and it will get you ready to reach your race goals whether it is your 1st or 50th race. Free SLRC shirt for 1st timers.
