Join us for a half-day yoga retreat designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.Dates: Monday, 17th March 2025
Time: 10:15 AM – 2.45 PM
10:15 AM: Arrive at the spa for check-in and complete your consultation form.
10:30 AM: Find your place on a mat and settle in.
10:45 AM - 11:45 AM: Start your day with a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session led by Clare from Hummingbird Yoga. This hour-long class, perfect for all levels, will help you unwind and centre yourself through gentle movements and relaxation.
11:45 AM - 12:45PM: After yoga, enjoy a light brunch served in Le Brulot Restaurant. Indulge in your choice of toasted sourdough with avocado, a soft poached egg, and crunchy halloumi, or Eggs Benedict with maple-glazed belly pork, paired with refreshing fruit juice.
12:45 PM – 2.45 PM: Complete your retreat with some well-deserved relaxation in our luxurious Thermal Spa area. Lounge around, take a dip in the pool, and let the stresses of the day melt away. Towels, robes, and slippers will be provided for your comfort.
