Join us for a nourishing half-day mini retreat held on the first day of spring — a season of renewal, clarity, and new beginnings. This is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally step into the next season of your life feeling grounded, clear, and supported.
This experience is thoughtfully curated to offer a meaningful balance of reflection, gentle movement, deep rest, and heartfelt connection.
✨ What to Expect
🌱 Values, Intentions & Connection (Interactive Workshop)
We’ll begin with a warm, welcoming, and interactive session focused on clarifying your personal values, setting meaningful intentions, and connecting with others in a supportive and authentic way. This portion includes gentle teaching, guided reflection, journaling, and optional group sharing. You’ll be invited to reflect on what truly matters to you, what you want to cultivate this spring, and how to move forward with clarity and purpose — all while building a sense of connection within the group.
🧘♀️ Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra with Reiki
Next, we’ll move into a deeply nurturing and restorative practice designed to help you fully unwind and integrate the day’s experience. You’ll be guided through supported restorative postures followed by a long, guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system support. Reiki will be offered during the practice, adding an extra layer of gentle, healing energy to help the body and mind soften, release, and restore.
☕ Connection, Tea & Community
We’ll close with unhurried time to simply be together — enjoying tea, light snacks, and meaningful conversation. This is a chance to connect, reflect, and build community in a relaxed, heart-centered way.
