Join us at the beautifully light and bright Quaker Meeting House for a lovely afternoon of breathwork and tote bag painting - no experience necessary.

Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a bolster (cushion or similar) for your legs.

Tote bag (selection of designs available), fabric pencils, light bites and refreshments all included.
