In this half-day course, we will explore practical Buddhist insights that help us move beyond the self-doubt and comparison that so often undermine our confidence and happiness.
Through clear teachings and guided meditation, you will learn how insecurity arises from holding a mistakenly limited view of who we are. And, how by gently loosening this view, we can open the door to greater freedom, confidence and inner peace.
By becoming familiar with a more spacious and compassionate understanding of the self, we can let go of the pressure to prove or protect ourselves and instead experience a more relaxed, joyful way of relating to both ourselves and others.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, this course offers practical tools you can apply immediately in daily life.
Please note: The lessons during this retreat are taught in English
