When we sit with clients in a Hakomi way, we stay finely tuned to the session's flow. When we become entangled in a so-called „system “, a sense of stuckness arises and the process seems to be impeded. This training focuses on bringing awareness to the practitioner’s own behavioral habits, relational patterns, and attentional biases that unconsciously limit their perception and obstructs the clients healing journey.
JOOTS is a skillful way for recognizing these patterns, disrupting unconscious relational cycles. We will practice "Jumping out of the system" by shifting our attention to the present moment and consciously transforming our way of relating. This movement restores the natural flow of the session, allowing the healing process to unfold in it´s natural course.
In this 3 day training you will have the opportunity to refine your Hakomi skills, to embody the principles and to deepen your understanding by practicing full sessions and receiving feedback that supports your personal learning process towards becoming a Hakomi practitioner. This weekend will offer us another opportunity to immerse in giving and receiving emotional nourishment.
THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ADVANCED HAKOMI STUDENTS WHO HAVE HAD A MINIMUM OF 35 DAYS OF TEACHING. However, less experienced people are welcome to join and learn from observing advanced students to give sessions. You can also get a role as a client or assist in a therapy session.

In a Hakomi multilevel training you will learn and practice the art of heartfelt relating by creating a safe and healing connection with others. We deepen our ability to be radically present with each other and to pay attention to the nonverbal communication that happens in every moment, mostly outside of our awareness. We will improve our skills to read these nonverbal signs and to create meaningful experiments based on our observations. Hakomi experiments are designed to invite into our awareness the unconscious inner organization of experience that causes unnecessary suffering in us. It will help us to find out what we need to feel happier and ultimately to gain the freedom of choice through consciousness.

Bettina Deuster (Germany) teaches Hakomi internationally and is the main trainer in Estonia.
