Want more love in your life? Discover the possibilities when you open your heart and let go of judgment and shame. Spend a few hours with us to get a taste of HAI Global and our life-changing workshops. We'll share some thoughts and lead you through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart and bring you into connection with others.

An Intro to Connecting in Love is an experience of community, belonging, and connection that people tell us is unlike most anything else out there. We look forward to spending time with you.

We also want you to know that HAI is actively doing the work to ground ourselves in equity and inclusion principles and creating safe spaces for this intimate and tender exploration.

Our deeply personal and experiential weekend workshops focus on:

– Deepening our experiences of love and creating emotional intimacy

– Improving communication and living with integrity

– Healing body-related shame to enhance your relationship with yourself and others

– Making the right choices for you...in relationships and in life

In keeping with HAI's COVID protocols we take the temperature of all attendees at registration.Doors open 30 minutes before the event for check-in. The check-in process takes a bit of time; please plan on arriving early so we can start on time.
