Set in 1962, when free-spirited teenybopper Tracy Turnblad brings her unique sense of style and motion to a local dance showcase the city of Baltimore is turned upside-down and the foundations of racial segregation are challenged! Starring a murderers’ row of camp talent including the legendary Divine, Ricki Lake, Ruth Brown, Jerry Stiller, Debbie Harry, Sonny Bono, and Colleen “Vitamin C” Fitzpatrick, Hairspray is a hilarious celebration of love, diversity, and rock & roll!
