💜 HAIRCUT BY DONATION DAY - SAVE THE DATE - JUNE 28TH 💜
On June 28th from 9am-5pm, HairBenders Salon is hosting a haircut by donation event to support our lovely @em1lyyy in the next step of her battle with her rare and aggressive cancer! Join us that day for a cut by donation of your choice ($25 minimum), silent auction, raffles, refreshments and MORE all while raising money to support one of the best and bravest women we know. 💜 403-948-4680 to book in!
Diagnosed just after her 33rd birthday, Emilyy’s cancer battle has been intense to the say the least. Emilyy’s rare and aggressive cancer is no longer responding to any traditional treatment options. Emilyy’s next option will be to begin a cycle of 6 rounds of a new chemotherapy treatment that will cost up to $60,000 and will not be covered by Alberta Health. Meaning that, after an already financially and emotionally draining 3 years, these costs will be completely out of pocket for her and her family.
If you know Emilyy, you know the bright smile and the heart that gives and gives and gives. We know it is our turn to give that energy back to her and we are excited to have the chance to work with our community to support this wonderful girl on June 28th!
