Redbridge Institute have teamed up with Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure and Work Redbridge to bring you Hainault Community Day – FREE for Hainault residents.Book your place at our Hainault Community Day on Friday 12th July, 9.30am – 1.00pm at the Hainault Campus (100 Manford Way, Chigwell, IG7 4DF) where you can take part in:
- Series of employability workshops; preparation for work, cv writing, effective communication and interview skills
- Well-being sessions featuring: Zumba, Mindfulness and Yoga
- Visit exhibitor stalls offering visitors free health-check and career progression advice
