Roasted butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and crème fraiche swirl
Mushroom and thyme parfait with apple and walnut chutney and focaccia crisp
Confit duck, orange, and thyme tart with fig chutney and rocket salad
Mains:
Traditional roast turkey with herb-roasted potatoes, root vegetables, sprout mash, pork and cranberry stuffing, and pig in blanket
Slow braised beef feather blade with horseradish creamed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, and thyme and red wine sauce
Cajun sweet potato and red pepper roulade with vegan cream cheese, lemon roasted new potatoes, root vegetables, and a tomato pepper sauce
Desserts:
Christmas pudding cheesecake with cranberry and orange compote
Warm chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce, boozy cherries, and vanilla ice cream
