Special Guest Speaker:

Dr. Kym Grant-Horsey, DM/IST, MBA/IST is an accomplished STEM expert, dynamic speaker, and respected adjunct professor recognized for her passionate commitment to empowering communities through education and technology. Dr. Grant-Horsey is driven by a vision: Empowering Communities Through Sustainable Innovation: Bridging Education, Business, and Technology for Global Impact. She believes that education is a powerful catalyst for community development and economic advancement. She leads international initiatives in countries such as Liberia and Ghana that focus on education, vocational training, and sustainable community development.

Who We Are

Haddington Strong is a grassroots community organization committed to strengthening the Haddington neighborhood through civic engagement, voter education, community advocacy, and resident empowerment. We work year-round to organize voters, recruit and support Block Committee People (Block Captains), and increase voter participation in local, state, and national elections.

The Haddington Community extends from 52nd Street to 63rd Street and between Market Street and Girard Avenue.

Through outreach, education, collaboration, and leadership development, we connect residents with the resources, information, and opportunities needed to create lasting positive change.
