So you're planning a VBAC? We got you! In this class, we will untangle the various preparation strategies available to set yourself up for a successful VBAC -- physical, emotional & spiritual. From bodyprep modalities focusing on pelvic mobility & optimal fetal positioning, to nutritional approaches, to emotional & spiritual preparation, this class is a great option for those who are wanting to move beyond the dichotomy of "good candidate/bad candidate," and take responsibility for optimizing their outcome. In addition to preparation, we will cover provider & birthplace selection, concepts & tools to cope with the unpredictability of labor, especially after a prior traumatic experience, as well as developing a plan to stay connected in the event a repeat cesarean is needed.
