This event is a community-centered wellness experience designed to bring women together through movement, nourishment, and authentic connection. Through energizing workouts and intentional conversation, women are encouraged to reconnect with themselves while building meaningful relationships with others. More than fitness, it’s a place for women to feel seen, supported, and empowered together.
Facilitated by Kayla Fite, a 10+ year health and fitness professional, wife, mom, and athlete. Through her brand Habits You Love, she helps women build strong, healthy bodies while also developing deeper awareness, confidence, and connection. From her own experience of trauma, healing, and resilience, she blends movement, mindset, and meaningful conversation to support women in breaking old patterns and creating more aligned, fulfilling lives.
