Join us for a volunteer day in the Arroyo! Help remove trash and invasive plants while restoring habitat and protecting our local trails.
About this Event

The City of Pasadena, California Climate Action Corps, and One Arroyo Foundation invite community members to participate in a volunteer stewardship day in honor of both California Climate Action Day and Public Lands Day.

Volunteers will help remove trash, clear invasive plants, improve trail safety, plant California natives and help restore native habitat to make the trail safer, healthier, and more welcoming for visitors, wildlife, and native plants. All ages are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. Before hands-on work begins, participants will receive training on native plants, local wildlife, and fire-prone invasive species.

This is a meaningful opportunity to celebrate Public Lands Day by getting outside and California Climate Action Day by giving back to the community. Join us to support hands-on restoration efforts that improve trail safety, protect native habitat, and strengthen the resilience of our local Arroyo.

Parking: Please park at Nelson Field Park or along San Pascual Avenue or Stoney Drive. Do not park in the San Pascual Stables parking lot, as it is reserved for stable users.
