Have you ever wondered if you might qualify to become a Habitat homeowner? Join us for a free informational session to learn how the program works, what the requirements are, and how families partner with Habitat to build a brighter future.
Our homeownership program is designed for first-time homebuyers who are ready to invest in a safe, stable, affordable home they can purchase with a 30-year, interest-free mortgage.
This session will walk you through:

✔ The application process
✔ Sweat equity and financial education requirements
✔ What Habitat homes include
✔ Q&A with our team
🏠 Income Requirement by Household Size
(Annual gross income before taxes — includes wages, child support, Social Security, etc.)
1 person: $31,350 – $55,650
2 people: $35,800 – $63,600
3 people: $40,300 – $71,550
4 people: $44,750 – $79,500
5 people: $48,350 – $85,900
