A portion of dinner sales will be donated to Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County, and 100% of wine pairing sales will directly benefit their mission to build affordable housing in our community.
The celebration continues up the hill at the Doerfler Family Theater (Pacific Maritime Heritage Center), where the concert begins at 7:00 pm. This year’s concert features pianist Jim-Isaac Chua, presenting a program centered on the works of Frédéric Chopin, interwoven with personal stories and historical insights.

Oysters Rockefeller - Baked Yaquina Bay oysters, Parmesan, Huichol aioli sauce, Pernod, bacon, onion, spinach
Course 2
Fresh focaccia & herb butter
Rockfish Horchata - Pan-fried spiced rockfish, wild mushroom, roasted butternut squash, pepitas, chili butter, horchata sauce
