Habak represents the emotional interior of anarchism. With so much political activity both in underground and mainstream circles, we often get exposed to the surface of rebellion but never the glacier of emotionality underlying the action. We see the rallies, the chanting, the rioting, the rhetoric, but when anarchists go home, we rarely see the pain to empathize with.
DAGGERS (BE) (Punk Hardcore / Post Hardcore)
During their many years of existence, Belgium's DAGGERS have worked hard on creating unique and singular records to forge a very personal sound. Their crust-infused hardcore will drag you down to the bottom of the earth and shred the living out of you with the haste and anger of a thousand rusty swords. Every track is captured in an organic live recording setting and takes a hypnotic, noisy approach to the band's claustrophobic blend of punk and metal, more ruthless and vicious than ever.
PESTICIDE (BE) (Crust Punk)
Pesticide is a crust punk band from Ghent, formed in 2018, with a sound that blends fast, aggressive crust punk and hardcore with slower, more melodic moments that add depth and contrast. Their music is a reflection of the world around them—raw, honest, and uncompromising. With lyrics focusing on social issues, environmental destruction, and the need for change, Pesticide doesn’t shy away from speaking out about what matters to them.
The band’s live shows are equally intense, balancing chaotic energy with atmospheric moments that create an immersive experience. Pesticide has played all over Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and expanded their reach to Austria, France, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland, connecting with audiences across Europe.
