Join us for an evening of grounding, reflection, nervous system restoration, and gentle empowerment as we gather together in a safe and welcoming space to reconnect with ourselves and one another.
This week’s theme, Rooted & Radiant, is centered around rebalancing the body and mind while softly stepping into the woman you are becoming. Together, we will explore what it means to feel grounded within ourselves while allowing our inner light, confidence, voice, and authenticity to be seen.
Through guided reflection, journaling, calming herbal tea, and an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, vocals, and soothing frequencies, this experience is designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your inner truth, and leave feeling more centered, nourished, and radiant from within.
Whether you are in a season of healing, growth, transition, self-discovery, or simply seeking a peaceful space to breathe and receive, you are warmly welcome here.
