7:00 AM – Adult Race
🏊 500 Meter Swim (inside in a 50 m lap pool)
🏃 5K Run
8:00 AM – Youth-Friendly Race
🏊 250 Meter Swim (inside in a 50 m lap pool)
🏃 1.5 Mile Run
All levels welcome – come challenge yourself and have fun!
This is FREE for youth 18 and under. Adults 18 and over need to be a NWI Member. Sign ups are available at www.nwitri.org
