As an attendee of this H-Town Wine Down wine event, I attest that I am of the age 21 or older. I commit to monitoring my own alcohol consumption and drinking responsibly. I agree to not hold The WineOpreneur, H-Town Wine Down, participating wine bars, wineries, event vendors, sponsors, or any other entities and/ or alcohol brands related to this urban wine trail event liable for any harm that may be caused to me or anyone else due to my alcohol consumption at the event.

Purchase of a HTWD ticket or tickets is an attestation of my agreement to hold the afore mentioned parties harmless.

THE H-TOWN WINE DOWN URBAN WINE TRAIL, PRESENTED BY THE WINOPRENEUR, EVENT TICKET SALES AND REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales for the H-Town Wine Down Urban Wine Trail event are nonrefundable.

Due to expenses incurred to present this event and the costs associated with processing online ticket transactions, all ticket sales are final. Tickets may only be transferred. The HTWD event will continue despite any changes in weather, except in the case of inclement weather in which the city declares a citywide shutdown. In this instance the event will be rescheduled and tickets will be honored for the new date.
