Looking for a Galentine’s Day activity that’s fun, active, and a little bit different?
Join us for our Gymnastics Girl's Night — a unique blend of fitness, laughter, and bubbles! Whether you’re complete beginners or former gymnasts looking to relive your glory days, this session is all about connecting, having fun, and trying something new together.
🤸♀️ What to Expect
Your 90-minute Galentine’s experience starts with an hour of guided gymnastics, led by our experienced and supportive coaches. You’ll learn and refine skills such as:
- Cartwheels & handstands
- Forward and backward rolls
- Handsprings & walkovers
- Front and back tucks
- Dive rolls and more!
Our coaches will tailor the session to suit all experience levels, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, challenged, and celebrated. Expect plenty of encouragement, laughter, and maybe a few friendly competitions along the way!
After all that tumbling, unwind with 30 minutes of prosecco and light refreshments. Toast to your new skills (and to each other!) as you relax and enjoy the post-workout glow.
