While nannies do not always live with families, au pairs do. They are more than caregivers. They immerse their host family in their culture, they share their language with their host children, and they develop lifelong relationships with their host family.
Au pairs can work up to 10 hours per day (up to 45 hours) per week and the price remains the same, no matter how many children you have.
Au pairs are flexible and reliable. They can cook for your children, drive for them, help with homework, take them to extra activities, do their laundry, organize their toys, and much more.

When the presenter, Ana, first left Brazil to the USA she was an au pair, so she knows firsthand the benefits for au pairs and the families they serve.
Ana graduated with a BA in Education, an MBA in Management of Educational Organizations. She worked for eight years in International Schools, and currently serves as Area Director at AuPairCare DFW.
Ana has two children, with whom she attended classes at Gymboree Play & Music of Southlake.
