Our mobile fitness experience brings a full-body camp-style session right to your church grounds, led by passionate instructors who blend creativity, encouragement, and fun in every rep.

This class is open to all fitness levels — whether you’re just starting out or crushing goals — everyone is welcome! We’ll kick things off with a quick warm-up followed by energizing circuits using resistance bands, weights, TRX, battle ropes, and more. We never forget what matters most: community, encouragement, and empowering one another to be stronger together.
