This training is designed to provide Third-Party Inspectors, Private Professional Providers, and industry partners with important updates on construction codes, inspection services, emerging development trends, and best practices impacting our industry.

Updates regarding construction code development and regulatory changes.
• Growing Demand for Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Services
Discussion of the evolving role and increased utilization of Third-Party Inspection services.
• Developing Zoning Trends and New ADU Housing Options
An overview of emerging zoning trends and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) housing options.
• Short-Term Rental Property Inspection Services
Discussion of inspection considerations related to short-term rental properties and the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC).
