Grow Wabash County and the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center (NIIC) invite local businesses and entrepreneurs to a workshop focused on how to emphasize and enhance the customer experience.
This event will take place from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 20, in the Grow Wabash County community room, 214 South Wabash Street in Wabash.

The workshop is free to attend for Grow Wabash County investors, and $10 for non-investors.
This workshop is open to all business owners and professionals who regularly interact with customers and the general public. Attendees will receive tools and insights from the NIIC to help craft strategies that prioritize customer experience.
Facilitated discussions will offer participants the opportunity to work through real-life scenarios, exchange best practices, and get answers to their specific questions about delivering exceptional service.
