In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, the Gun Violence Prevention Initiative (GVPI) is thrilled to invite you to our inaugural “GVPIx Talk: Mental Health Matters”—an engaging, TED Talk-style evening designed to spark conversation, share powerful stories, and build community. What to expect:
-8 dynamic speakers delivering impactful 5-minute talks
-A variety of thought-provoking mental health topics
-Opportunities to connect with speakers and attendees
-A small resource fair highlighting a few amazing organizations who focus on mental health in Lake County
-Dinner is provided
